I was digging around for a kuro-tomesode from Ichiroya, and this one really caught my eye. In the end, my friend told me this would make me look too old (I already tend to buy kimono that is too mature for my age) and I bought another one instead (that's for another post!), but I still feel this tomesode is too pretty to not recommend~
It's also pretty long, 161cm, which is a boon because I'm 163cm and most of the tomesodes are really really short at around 140-150cm. I really love the simplistic colours, just gold and silver and white, perfect for tomesode, since you'd wear roughly the same colours for the obi and obi accessories. And even though the lining is discoloured, if you're buying this to wear, there are zero issues!
I will just comfort myself with the tomesode that I DID buy. And hope this one goes to a good home. ;_;
昨日いちろやで黒留袖を探していました。初めての黒留袖ですね。独身ですけど。。。＾＿＾まあ気にしないで～
そうね、いちろやで一杯きれいな黒留袖がありますね。でも私は背がちょっと高いですから（１６３ｃｍ）、短い留袖は買えません。結局この留袖とまた一枚を選んだと、友達から「この留袖は着たら、年に取った見えるよ！」と言いました。；＿；
私は着物なら渋いのほうが好きですね。でも今独身で、まだ２５歳で、年にとらない見えるほうがいいと思います。；＿；顔はもう十分２８歳に見えていますから。
結局別の黒留袖を買いましたが、やっぱりこの留袖が好きですね。金色と白を使うと、すごく渋いと思いますよ。しかもいつも留袖と一緒に着る白い帯締めと帯揚げに似合います！絵も本当に気に入りましたね。。。
あぁ。。。ほしいですが、買えない気持ちはきついです！；＿；
